  • IN20 is specifically designed for busy people! Whether you work full-time, study or have kids, IN20 makes exercising easy. We know that life gets chaotic at times and heading to a studio or gym might not be available. Our on demand classes provide you with effective workouts in just 20 minutes! There’s no fluff or pressure; hit play when it suits you!

  • Yes! We offer a 7 day free trial, where you get full access to our platform for one week. No credit card details are needed to sign up. From there, you can choose to join our Monthly Membership or Three Month Membership.

  • We offer different membership structures, which will make a difference on whether you can cancel at anytime. On a Monthly Membership, you have the ability to cancel whenever you need. You can simply process this in your Account Settings within a few seconds. On a Three Month Membership you are committed to the 3 month period.

  • We believe in the magic of low impact strength training and therefore, most of our classes are low impact, meaning there is an emphasis on alignment and breath connection. Our Mat Pilates classes support all levels of experience, providing you with variety and ways to make the exercises more challenging! Class intensity is marked on each video to help you select an appropriate class quickly. Refer to the amount of chillies you see on the video thumbnail; giving you a range from low to high intensity.

  • While having access to equipment is ideal, we understand that this is not always possible. We offer a large range of classes, giving you options to bring in extra load or simply work with bodyweight. Look out for the dumbbell sign on the video thumbnail and this will indicate whether equipment is used during the class. Props might include a yoga block, weights, Pilates ball, and/or a resistance band. Of course, a class can be performed without equipment even if equipment is advised.

  • Classes are recored without music so that you can make the choice to add in your own playlist. If you’d like some pump up tunes to get you going, find us on Spotify!

  • Yes! All of our classes are pre-recorded so that you can easily jump on the platform whenever it suits you! We know that it can be tricky to schedule in a workout and it’s our mission to encourage you to consistently show up for yourself. We are here to help you meet your movement goals with small, consistent, and manageable steps!

  • How exciting! We recommend trying classes that have one chilli, which means low intensity, in addition to classes that have no dumbbell symbol, which means the class doesn’t use equipment. These classes are a great place to begin as they are typically slower and focus more on alignment. In saying this, it’s also okay to dive in and you will become more comfortable as you go along.
