Our cues are so simple, you will hardly need to look at the screen! Our instructors are highly experienced, with lots of options given along the way. Each class is thoughtfully structured so that you are moving safely and being challenged. You will hear invitational language and be encouraged the whole way through class.

While the majority of our classes are equipment-free, you might like to invest in having your own equipment at home. Some equipment you’ll see in our videos include: set of weights, Pilates ball, resistance band and a yoga block. Feel free to leave these out at any time. Our mission is to make consistent movement enjoyable and achievable.
